Tina Larsson was interviewed in the New York Business Journal

It was by accident that Tina Larsson, co-founder and CEO of The Folson Group, found herself helping New York City residential building owners, co-ops, and condo boards save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

It all began in 2008 when Larsson’s Upper East Side co-op board decided to raise its building's fees for the 10th consecutive year. Larsson, who spent a substantial portion of her career in the financial sector, felt that something was off about the decision.
